Newborns are my favorite type of sessions! I love watching new moms and dads be so proud about their new baby. We did this particular session in the comfort of the parents home and backyard. I feel that doing so tends to make the session easier and more comforting for the baby.

Daniel has a large and very loving family. When I worked in their home, I was overwhelmed with the sense of adoration and love filling up the room.

I'm a huge Beatles fan myself!


I love the way Daniels grandma is gently and delicately placing her newborn grandson on this stool.


Daniels dad painted all the murals in his bedroom and built this awesome tree structure. This kid is super lucky to have such awesome parents!

If you're a mother and you're wanting some newborn pictures I highly suggest getting them done when baby is 0-12 days old. Baby is normally still in sleep mode and will be easier to pose and to capture those sweet sleepy photos.

Aren't these sisters adorable? This was a fun and very relaxed session, photographed in the comfort of their grandparent's house and backyard. When photographing young children, I like to make sure they have fun!

Oh how I love newborn sessions! I normally do them in the comfort of the parents home so it's fun to see how I work with the available surrounding and props. Plus the babies usually seem so peaceful and sleepy. Meet precious little Aiden!

One of the best things of being a portrait photographer is having the honor to meet so many babies and photograph a new life! Being surrounded by extremely happy and excited parents makes everything worth it and I just leave the session with a sense of weight lifted off my chest.
