Marcos & Hanan. Trash the Dress.

{In Burleson, TX...}

This is the trash the dress session taken a year after the wedding of Hanan and Marcos! They are awesome clients! Their wedding was a blast too. Check out their engagement session here. We started out with a bridal session because she never did one then it ended up in a random fountain. I love these type of sessions because they are so carefree and fun, and I'm all for having fun.

This is an old session and all future posts on this blog will be of my old sessions and weddings that hadn't made it to the blog yet. All future, newest and recent work will be on my new blogsite which is still in the process of getting more refined with it's design and everything. Check out my new blogsite here with my recent sessions.

Laci. UNT Graduate '11.

{In Denton, TX...}

Old followers of my blog may remember Laci from a VERY old session I did with her and her good friend way back in the day, pretty much when I was first starting out with this photography thing. Curious? Check it out here! It's crazy to see how my style and everything has morphed and changed. Laci is a sweet, wonderful young woman I knew from middle school, high school and surprisingly we ended up going to the same college! Laci wanted some senior pictures for graduating from college and brought along her sweetheart boyfriend, Jarrett, for some. Enjoy!

Katie + Mac, Engagements

{In Dallas, TX...}

I love this engagement session so much because of how fun and creative my beautiful clients Katie and Mac are. Since they live and love downtown Dallas, we started there for the session.

Katie and Mac styled themselves...didn't they do fantastic?! Don't be afraid to wear bright colors and fun prints (not logos) for your photo session! It pops and looks great on camera (contrary to the belief that you must wear all white).

Then we headed to a nearby park. I just had to stop by this tree with the yummy light!

I looooove it when clients have their own great props!

I won't lie...I bought myself some yellow rubber rain boots!

Aren't those some rockin' fishin' rods?

Mac patched up all the holes in the boat before the shoot. He said that it has been sitting in his father's yard for many, many years!

The birds are NOT photoshopped. I got lucky. And almost DIED in amazement.
