Occlusion Production Photos

A while back I was documenting my aspiring filmmaker friends create a trailer for a possible short film called 'Occlusion'. You should definitely check out the trailer here!

I love abandoned houses. If only walls could talk, I'd love to hear their story.

Randomly placed chairs.

Scary bullet holes.

Kaitlyn, Model

Crowley & Fort Worth, TX

I contacted the amazing model, Kaitlyn Frittz, to help me with my concept/project for my photography assignment which is due tomorrow (Wednesday). I know she wouldn't be afraid to pose or move around and be patient with me and my photo experiments.

The assignment was to work with motion: blur, stop and panning.

Unfortunately it's been a cold and ugly, cloudy time in Texas for many days. : ( Such a bummer. And very very wet!

After this shoot and being in the cold all day, I started to feel a bit sick. I just thought it was the common cold, but each day I got worse...so I finally went to the doctor. He said "I have some good and bad news, the good news you don't have strep throat *cheers* the bad news *oh yeah...* You tested positive for Influenza A (H1N!)".

I had to cancel a couple shoot. I hate canceling.

But for my health and for the sake of others, I have to miss school...which is really dislike. I also must lie around and be bored. It's not as bad as the normal flu, I think. I also got a shot for my poison ivy which helps...ALOT! Now I'm all medicated. I don't like having so many pills and medication to worry about.

Anyways on to the pictures. :D

Theres something so very calming about taking photographs and editing them. And something calming about horses, such large, gentle creatures. So I went on this photographing therapy session in my boyfriends studio/pasture along with their 4 rescued horses. If you're interested in adopting/helping out sweet horses in need please check out the Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society. They are amazing!

But anyways on to my photos:

Please inquire me for artistic prints for any of these pictures to hang in your lovely home. ;)
